Am I right for this program?

You are if you answer yes to the following questions:

 

  •  I need help with meal planning and eating patterns

  •  I access my email daily and will commit to phone or Skype video sessions

  • I have lost weight with diets but lose focus and cannot keep the weight off

  •  I often feel overwhelmed and need help managing my time around meals and exercise

  • I find myself grazing or feeling out of control around food at times

Do you take insurance for the nutritional counseling?

I do not take insurance. If you are looking to pay less, contact your insurance company for a list of professionals on your plan. If you want someone who is going to work for you and provide you with realistic nutrional assistance and life change...then I'm your man!

What's involved in the nutritional assessment?

Once you sign up, your journey begins. I will email you forms to collect and work with a detailed eating and weight history. I will email you the first meal plan 24-48 hours after our first meeting. You will leave our first meeting with goals to immediately implement and I will lay out what to expect.

Is This Program Enough Support?

If you commit to a package and follow through with the program, you will get plenty of support. I will be there for you each step of the way. Clients that self motivate easily have done well with signing up for the initial and follow up appointments individually.

Will I lose weight?

It's important to realize that every client I work with is different and their goals are different. I do not promise a specific weight loss per week, but I understand seeing changes helps keep you motivated and striving towards greatness. Weight loss may not be the goal if you have previously struggled with an eating disorder and need to work on mending that gaping relationship with food first.

What is my philosophy?

I believe that wellness and nutrition are essential to living a good life. One that challanges you to be better than taking the easy way, which provides an example to others on how to live good, look great and share your life with others. I focus on creating a lifestyle that fosters good decision making about your everyday eating habits and creates a significant enough life change that keeps you moving forward so that you never have to do seasonal diets again.

 

The biggest part for me is to K.I.S.S. the plan of action!
